Maybe it's just me, but returning to Twitter made me more miserable about the state of the world than any other platform makes me. TikTok is ads galore, Facebook is idk what, IG is somehow ok (maybe because I fine-tuned my algo into perfection), YT has always been great, but Twitter is like the greatest mix of people I can't relate to, dumb takes, people choking on AI. Still though there is like 5% of content that's so good I stick with it.
i mean...accurate granted: i still am in those twitter trenches, largely as i guess i've spent enough unbroken time on it that my algo has me covered (granted the ai and dumb takes shit are now a prerequisite there) (but i've learned to ignore, etc.) whatever works etc etc
I have always experienced summer as a season of dread. If it's higher than 75 degrees outside I don't want to do anything. Being hot, dehydrated and sweaty sucks. Guess the wider culture is just catching up to me on this one.
PLEASE be woke. People need to be "inconvenienced" by what is happening in Lebanon. Gaza, and the West Bank
amen and i'm doing what i can!!!!!
may we all, amen!!!
Tennessee Williams fully approves of this message
