it's funny because i almost didn't write this / scrapped it because i feel like it's written every two years since 2020, which is fine — but the whole "kids are so bored now and have no interests" thing was what made me go "well DAMN that's something" not that i am a parent or educator, but that seems like a pretty erosive trickle down from our own dopamine, etc. fixations.
but who knows! either way: yes, we're clearly "thinking" about this which means in five to ten years, something will actually be done about it (unless sam altman, et al, get their way lol) thank you as always king!!!
